What ReadyStack Is

ReadyStack provides curated, hardened bundles of open source software. Each bundle includes a verified Docker image, full documentation, seed data, test suites, defect reports, provenance records, and a signed build attestation (ContractChain). We do not develop the underlying software — we build, verify, and document it.

Open source software is never considered complete. By design, it is continuously developed, patched, and evolved by its communities. Our bundles reflect a specific version at a specific point in time. They are not finished products and should not be treated as such.

What You Are Buying

When you purchase a ReadyStack bundle, you are purchasing:

You are not purchasing a software license. The underlying software is open source and licensed under its own respective terms (Apache, MIT, GPL, etc.). ReadyStack does not hold or transfer any license to the underlying software.

No Warranty or Guarantee of Full Functionality

All features tested during the build process are documented in the release notes included with each bundle. We make no guarantee of functionality beyond what is explicitly documented there.

Open source software contains bugs, security vulnerabilities, and untested edge cases. Our bundles document known defects but do not resolve all upstream issues. You are responsible for evaluating suitability for your environment.

ReadyStack bundles are provided "as-is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose or merchantability.

Pricing

Pricing varies by product and changes over time. Newer releases are priced lower; prices increase as releases age. Current pricing is displayed on the buy page at the time of purchase. All sales are final.

Downloads and Access

Upon successful purchase, you will receive a download link via email and through your account page. Download access is tied to your purchase and is non-transferable.

Intellectual Property

ReadyStack's documentation, build scripts, attestation methodology, and tooling are proprietary. The underlying software products are open source and governed by their respective upstream licenses. A copy of the applicable license is included in every bundle.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
